Bradley Lawrence

Bradley Lawrence is the Founder and Principal of Elevate Protection Group.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in insurance strategy, risk management, and client advisory.

He began his career in 2009 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance, starting at his family firm in East Texas, where he built a strong foundation in property and casualty insurance and employee benefits.

In 2014, he relocated to Fort Worth, where he established his practice and refined his focus on advising individuals, families, and business owners in the thoughtful management of risk.

In 2017, Bradley founded Elevate Protection Group and expanded through the acquisition of Granger Group Insurance. Today, the firm specializes in designing tailored risk and coverage strategies, including life insurance planning such as key person coverage and buy-sell agreements.

Known for his relational approach and commitment to long-term client partnerships, Bradley is also deeply committed to his family and community. He and his family actively serve in the Fort Worth community and at Christ Chapel Bible Church.
